My first pot of chili this fall....
My new Festiva Corn Pudding! I love this! Our Golf Coaches wife gave me this recipe last week and I have fixed it twice! You have to try it! Super Easy!
5 cans of shoe peg corn (white) drained
2 pkgs cream cheese
2 T flour
1/2 C milk
Melt cream cheese, butter, milk, flour.....stir....add corn and sliced jalapenos in a large bowl and stir....bake at 350 for about 40 minutes!
