AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIP.....this is 2 day tournament at Swan Lake/Indiana National Golf Club in Plymouth, IN. Chase is the reigning champion here for his age group! He shot a 75 today...last year the 1st day he shot a 78...and came back the next day to shoot 73 and win the tournament in a playoff! Hopefully he will remain the champ for 2009!

Cutler....is 3 months old now! Time is going soooo fast! He spent the day with us on Tuesday....we had so much fun with him! He laughs and talks to us....just so precious! Babies are truly a gift from God!

5th Birthday....we finally got to celebrate Levi and Josiah's 5th Birthday! We cooked hamburgers, brats, and BBQ chicken on the grill. Then I made homemade ice-cream! YUMMY! I hadn't had homemade ice-cream since my Grandpa died in 1988! He was always the ice-cream maker! We had fun with the kids outside shooting their silly string and then at dark they hunted lightning bugs! We had such a nice visit with them! They will be back in 2 weeks and it will be Novalee's 7th Birthday!

An Amazing Show....my cousin Steve did an amazing job of hosting his annual 4th of July party Saturday night! He loves doing this so much. He grilled chicken and friends and family came for a pitch in and firework display! We played volleyball...cornhole...and had a wonderful time visiting with everyone! Just at dark...Steve began his amazing show with help from Cody! We watched the beautiful firework show for over an hour....lots of time and $$$$ went into this! Thank you so much Steve for doing this !!!!! We love you!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE....the State Amateur Championship has been a great experience for Chase. He made the cut at the Qualifier June 6th in Bloomington, IN. We headed to Peru, IN (north of Indy) Monday night...and began the tournament on Tuesday morning. Chase shot a 72...even par the first day....77 the second day and made the cut to play Thursday and Friday....quite an accomplishment for a 15 year old little squirt! Thursday he struggled in almost 100 degree heat....shooting an 83, but we still have tomorrow. No matter the outcome....Chase has had a remarkable tournament...playing against college players and men.....what a great experience for him! The next youngest player to make the cut in the tournament was 19...so Chase hold your head high and be proud!

HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY LEVI AND JOSIAH!

MY BABIES AREN'T BABIES ANYMORE....I can't believe that Levi and Josiah are 5 today! My precious twins....how fast time has gone! We have enjoyed every minute with them over the past 5 years....they have brought our family so much happiness and joy! Hope you guys have a wonderful birthday!!!! We love you!
