OUR VOYAGE ON LAKE MONROE....well, that didn't turn out so well! After a 100 degree day of golf....Shauna and I had the bright idea to head to the lake and take an evening ride on her boat! So we pack the kids up and head north to Lake Monroe. We get the cover off and head out...we are barely out in the idle zone and the boat dies! Oh NO! We try to put our heads together....Shauna and I together don't usually make a full head...but at least we had the voice of reason along....CHASE! We called Shauna's husband at work and he talked Chase through what to do...with some duct tape and a little work Chase got us running again! However, while we were floating out there, a storm started brewing! It was thundering and lightning...we decided to get the boat back in the slip and head to the clubhouse for the Pasta Bar! Always an adventure with us!

Sweet Cutler!

Our Precious Baby Cutler is 2 months old! I can't believe it....! Cutler is my cousin Jacey's baby, he is a doll baby. I was able to go and spend the afternoon with him. He is so sweet and is smiling and laughing. How precious!

CHASE ANDE PAL ZAC MUENCH FROM CENTER GROVE. CHASE WAS NUMBER 1 IN THE STATE 2008 AND ZAC WAS NUMBER 2. ALWAYS NECK TO NECK IN A TOURNAMENT. CHASE BEAT ZAC BY 1 STROKE SATURDAY.

OUR WHITE TIGER IS ON FIRE....Chase has had an awesome 2 weeks of golf....posting 3 tournaments of subpar scoring! He was an even 72 on Saturday at the Muncie Invite. Great job Chase on the over 7000 yd course where he had never played! Sectionals are Friday...good Luck BNL!

SENIOR NIGHT AT OTIS!

IT'S GOOD TO BE A SENIOR! It was senior night at Otis May 28th. 7 seniors on the golf team this year! We had a fun night of celebrating after the golf team posted a school record of 4 under! Great job boys!

ALWAYS REMEMBER!

ALWAYS REMEMBERED....

Our 8th grade students had their own Memorial Day service in memory of the fallen soldiers in Iraq. The 8th graders have been making a chain since the war began...each year the 8th grade class adds to the chain. Today they took the chain down and wound it around the parking lot in rememberance of all of the soldiers in Iraq that have given their lives so that we can be safe. It was very touching to see the kids standing silently holding the chain.

We had a fun weekend with the twins....we took them to the creek below our house and they did some fishing with the nets Then we headed back home to ride bikes. We always have so much fun with them, I miss having them just a few minutes away!
