ALWAYS REMEMBER!

ALWAYS REMEMBERED....

Our 8th grade students had their own Memorial Day service in memory of the fallen soldiers in Iraq. The 8th graders have been making a chain since the war began...each year the 8th grade class adds to the chain. Today they took the chain down and wound it around the parking lot in rememberance of all of the soldiers in Iraq that have given their lives so that we can be safe. It was very touching to see the kids standing silently holding the chain.

We had a fun weekend with the twins....we took them to the creek below our house and they did some fishing with the nets Then we headed back home to ride bikes. We always have so much fun with them, I miss having them just a few minutes away!

Prom 2009

Chance went to Prom with his new girlfriend Jobeth. I thought we were finished with High School Proms! But this is her Senior year and she wanted Chance to go! They had a fun time and went to Kings Island the next day.

BEDFORD MIDDLE SCHOOL 5K

This is our 2nd annual 5K Marathon at Bedford Middle School. It is always a fun day for the kids and teachers! Shauna and I rode around on a golf cart all day and took pictures of all of the kids! We had walkers and runners!

MEDALIST!

Chase was medalist at the Thursday night match at Otis against Brownstown and Edgewood, turning in a score of 38, 1 over on the front nine. He has had a great week of golf...starting with Monday night and his first HOLE IN ONE! He was on hole 18 at Otis, a tough par 3! Way to go Chase! He gets to play in the #1 spot Saturday at the Bloomington North Invitational.

I GOT A NEW CAMERA!

Having fun out at Otis taking pictures with my new Canon EOS Rebel XSI 450D! Jamie and Corie...you would love this! I bought a telephoto lens to go along with it to get some exciting golf pictures!

A NEW BABY!

A new baby bird is hatched! Even I...the bird hater....was excited to see the new baby bird! Still waiting on the other to hatch!
